During the summer of 2024, I joined the IKEA Digital Hub in Shanghai as a Product UX Design Intern. Over six months, I contributed to the design of the Content Space from 0 to 1 (excluding the KOS part). My responsibilities included defining the product scope, designing layouts, identifying features aligned with the user journey, conducting usability testing, enhancing UX writing, and managing subsequent iterations based on the requirements of various business groups.
